Start with a quote

Select one of our plans and let’s talk about your specific needs. We can design your dream ADU, choose your upgrades, we’ll help you make it work, and get a full unit plus site work estimate.

Professional Proposal

Our team will put together a detailed project proposal. It’s our experience with permitting, design, manufacturing, and construction that will allow us to set an accurate timeline. The game plan will be tailored to your specific lot requirements and logistics. 

Permitting & Site Preparation

We’ll be create plans and start pulling permits. Once permits are approved, we order your home from our trusted manufacturer and begin working with local contractors preparing your property. Site prep for the ADU  includes clearing the area and building the foundation.

Construction & Installation

We build the ADU off-site, then transport for installation. Your ADU will be delivered to your house by truck. The full installation, exterior and interior finishing, utility hookups, and final inspection can take a month or two.

Site Prep & Foundation
  • Clearing dirt and obstructions from the project site
  • Excavating for stem wall foundation footings and piers

Interior & Exterior Features
  • Flooring, cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet
  • Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, washer, dryer, and HVAC
  • Windows and doors
  • Upgrades available
Utility Hook Ups
  • Electrical power hookup with up to 50 feet of trenching
  • Sewer line hookup with up to 50 feet of trenching
  • Water hookup with up to 50 feet of trenching
  • Electric panel upgrades
Delivery & Installation
  • Delivery of the unit to the project site
  • All interior and exterior finishing, including siding and entryway decking
  • Stitching and seaming included on homes composed of two models
  • Crane and Steel Plates (if required)
